We are looking for a highly-motivated, relationship-focused, demonstrated team-player to join us as a Customer Success Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships that promote loyalty, growth, and retention and collaborating with sales for upsells. 

On a typical day you'll:

  • Onboard new enterprise customers, helping them set up and optimize Orca. 
  • Communicate regularly with enterprise clients, via video meetings, phone calls, and email to ensure healthy and robust relationships.
  • Be a trusted advisor for customers, communicating upcoming product changes and enhancements, along with issues and improvements as customers encounter them. 
  • Work with client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and partners to drive expansion and business value.
  • Handle renewal and up-sell opportunities for clients to ensure revenue goals.
  • Identify risks and work closely across teams to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct executive business reviews. QBRs
  • Maintain detailed information about clients’ successes, issues, business needs, environment details, etc. in CRM tool(s). 


  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales roles related to driving positive customer outcomes and adoption. 
  • 2+ years of experience working with Cloud Security or SaaS products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for creating and maintaining relationships, while working in a tight-knit community culture.
