As an Enterprise MSSP Alliance Manager, you will be tasked with the continued scaling of managed security services. Work closely with the marketing, channel team and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns, and drive overall sales excellence in a competitive market.

As part of the job you will:

  • Identify, Recruit & Qualify and sign up potential MSSP partners.
  • Develop and launch business development activities to identify and qualify new MSSP partners (webinars, email campaigns, etc.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding and enablement of new MSSP partners.
  • Increase Orca's presence within MSSP partners 
  • Practice excellent data hygiene to enable accurate pipeline reporting
  • Further develop and work collaboratively with the team identify targets and sectors.
  • Contribute to building the MSSP program 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all the internal stakeholders (Mktg, sales, operations, PMM) to support the MSSP relationships.
  • Established relationships with MSP and/or MSSP contacts.


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the partner/MSP/MSSP ecosystem 
  • General understanding of Cloud and/or Cyber security market.
  • Track record developing a partner ecosystem MSP's/MSSP's
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment
  • Ability to operate adeptly in a fluid environment- yes, playing nice in the sand box is important
  • Willing and comfortable building engagements from the ground-up 
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time to work onsite with partners
