ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for driven, experienced Sales Director to manage our West Coast Enterprise team

Our sales organization continues to offer the creative culture of a “startup” that's well funded and fast-paced with a disrupting product.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the VP to further define the Sales team Structure for North America
  • Developing sales plans and work collaboratively with marketing to drive revenue
  • Lead the Western Region- Enterprise team.
  • Training, educating and supporting our sales forces internally
  • Demonstrating and presenting our Threat solutions to end users and partners executives
  • Foster the Regional channel partner relationships
  • Define and deliver sales forecasts
  • Taking full ownership of the role, managing conflicting constraints and driving deals to successful completion 
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue team targets 

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3+ years managing regional enterprise teams in the Security space
  • Prior Enterprise sales experience with a track record of success
  • Working in a fast-paced growing company environment where self-starters can excel
  • Repeated top performer for your region with stable record with at least 2+ years in each organization or upward growth within the same
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal (yes… words matter….), have sold technical products within Cloud Security, and have been successful in previous roles breaking into a territory and developing the channel
  • Excellent sales, lead development, qualification and presentation skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent
