As a R&D Technical Project Manager your main role will lead and coach agile teams, manage end to end projects ,build processes between RnD, PM, sales and support, provide technical support, administration and maintenance of Jira software and any other tools.

Create daily visibility of projects, features and bugs. Follow Up on roadmap and commitments and make sure they are achieved.

Also You will be required to lead end-to-end projects and programs, set and define Key Performance Indicators, set goals and track them on a constant basis.

On a typical day you’ll:
  • Escort and educate agile teams – agile events, teams velocity, dependencies
  • Track status of project deliverables and milestones in collaboration with the delivery teams (R&D, PM, SE, Documentation)
  • Implement and maintain project management tools – Jira administrator
  • Ensure that projects and programs are run in a standardized way
  • Generate and analyse data and reports
  • Manage dependencies across multiple projects
  • Improve existing project management policies and processes and develop new ones
  • At least 4 years of experience in a hi-tech company working in software companies, working with the Atlassian product suite.
  • Agile lead experience and mentoring- must.
  • B.Sc. degree specializing in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Medium level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA and using JQL
  • Ability to write scripts (Script runner, Jira automation, Python) – an advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, analytic and driven to produce results
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
