ABOUT THE ROLE:

Orca Security is hiring a Paid Digital Marketing Manager to help develop and execute successful digital campaigns across all channels, including planning, implementation, optimization, and KPI measurement. This is an exciting global opportunity that impacts how we use modern digital marketing methods to reach, convert and accelerate the growth of our business along the buyer journey. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in paid marketing, paid social media, analytics, and ABM programs that target a smaller list of identified accounts

This position will work closely with talented, creative, and experienced individuals across various teams including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Web Marketing and Marketing Operations to support every stage of the funnel and drive the growth of the sales pipeline.

YOU WILL:

  • Continue to develop our paid media strategy from planning and development through launch and reporting, with a focus on creating demand against a clear set of KPIs
  • Determine the appropriate paid media channel mix, including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, ABM campaigns, etc. to maximize brand reach and deliver on pipeline goals 
  • Work closely with product marketers, global field marketers and campaign managers to plan, manage, execute and optimize integrated demand campaigns
  • Manage multiple content syndication/CPL programs to help grow top of funnel leads 
  • Manage the interface with external agencies including media vendors, creative/digital agencies, and writers
  • Leverage data to improve programs through experimentation, measurement, and optimization
  • Manage paid media campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies
  • Track and report on strategic, operational, and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes, and success
  • Work with campaign managers to deliver compelling, high-impact digital campaigns and ABM programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target accounts
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors and agencies
  • Leverage data driven insights to grow digital channel performance via measurable recommendations and results, tailored to region and/or ABM accounts

ABOUT YOU: 

  • 4+ years of experience in managing B2B paid media marketing programs in the enterprise software space, including paid search, display ads, paid social, digital ABM programs, content syndication, etc.
  • A strong understanding of paid media channels including PPC, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, retargeting, content syndication, etc.
  • Experience with digital marketing principles, practices, mix of tactics, and channels for targeting named accounts
  • Analytical skills to collect and report metrics to identify trends, issues, or other relevant forms of information
  • Strong writing skills: comfortable with writing impactful short-form copy for Google text ads and paid social posts
  • Hands-on experience with top Martech platforms and online advertising tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, TechTarget, Google Analytics, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.)
  • Experience managing digital agency content syndication vendor relationships
  • Key interpersonal traits: self-starter, creativity, adaptability, strong communication skills, unquestionable ethics & integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • Ability to deliver on multiple priorities and execute high quality campaigns in a fast paced environment
  • Strong at not only executing and managing paid media campaigns, but also paying attention to the smallest details that digital campaigns require (consistent UTM codes, word counts, campaign structure, etc)
  • Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
