POSITION OVERVIEW

Orca’s finance team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated Senior bookkeeper& Payroll controller to join our team. If you're a fast learner, team player that can work independently, Orca is the right place for you! 

Your day to day role will be focusing on our US Company and will include:

  • Daily bank reconciliations and bank account management of our US Company.
  • Record transactions in the Company’s ERP on a daily basis and reconcile general ledger account balance
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of credit card accounts, as well as intercompany transactions
  • Management of all local Accounts Payable -recording invoices and managing bank transfers
  • Accounts Receivable – managing all billing processes including follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payment
  • Implementation of new finance ERP system- Moving from QuickBooks to NetSuite
  • Prepare month-end close working papers and reconciliations
  • Managing the US Company payroll process
  • Reports to the US Tax Authorities
  • Collect and update data into the payroll system (TriNet)
  • Process new employees in TriNet and employment paperwork
  • Being able to analyze and record payroll JE from the payroll system
  • Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality

Requirements


  • English+ Hebrew- must
  • Bookkeeping qualification- Level 2-must, Level 3- advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in High-tech companies
  • Strong verbal and written English skills - Must
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks/NetSuite – Advantage
  • Experience with TriNet- Advantage a plus
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Reliability and deep knowledge of US payroll rules.
