On a typical day you'll:        

  • Structure, draft, negotiate and review all types and aspects of commercial agreements, including EULAs, DPAs, Supplier Agreements, NDAs and others.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
  • Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business.
  •  Provide legal advice and work closely with all our marketing and sales divisions.

Requirements

·        2-3 years of experience in the commercial department of a leading law firm or a SaaS based hi-tech company.

·        Experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing SaaS and services agreements.

·        Pragmatic, business-minded attitude.

·        Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.

·        Strong writing skills, analytical approach, attention to details, and organizational abilities.

·        LLB degree or foreign equivalent and license to practice law in Israel.

·        English - Full Professional Proficiency -MUST (conferencing, presenting, editing and day to day tasks are solely in English).
