Orca Security, a cloud security innovation leader, is looking for an innovative, data-driven Marketing Technology Manager. This individual is a one-part IT guru and one-part marketing master who will lead, integrate and maintain Orca’s marketing technology and associated processes to help deliver on Marketing’s goals. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing Operations, this person will collaborate with highly productive cross-functional teams to ensure that Orca’s marketing technology will enable the team to deliver on and optimize buyer acquisition and retention meeting and pipeline goals.

As part of the job, you’ll:

  • Translate Marketing’s vision into more effective and efficient technology implementation that helps deliver against a clear set of KPIs and return on investment
  • Manage the current marketing technology stack, which includes Pardot, SFDC, Infinigrow, Google Analytics, Crowdcast, ZoomInfo, BrightTALK, etc.  
  • Analyze current marketing technology systems and make recommendations on investing in or enabling technologies in support of marketing and sales organization productivity
  • Own the tactical execution and oversight of the marketing technology implementation, training and process documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, like Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Field Marketing, to identify and define the specific performance goals of the technology to ensure tool optimization and success.
  • Advise the Marketing team on marketing technology implementation best practices and the specific considerations and/or impacts on lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
  • Further develop marketing automation processes and procedures such as workflows, programs and SLAs
  • Continually audit technology/database issues, data integrity, and possibility for process improvement
  • Be the marketing operations resource for North America and EMEA
  • Serve as the Pardot Administrator



  • 4+ years marketing technology operations experience; preferably in a SaaS or technology start-up with B2B enterprise customers
  • Self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Experience with various methodologies for planning, executing, and enabling technology implementation or enhancements
  • History of supporting multiple implementation work-streams simultaneously
  • Strong experience in negotiating scope and priorities and balancing for successful outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and business users/stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements
  • Experience in process development, documentation, and user enablement training
  • Possess a data-driven mindset with a continuous focus on KPIs, ROI, measurement, and insights that yield actionable, meaningful optimization
  • Skilled in Salesforce and Pardot; comfortable building custom Campaign influence attribution models in Salesforce and familiar with managing custom redirects and automation rules in Pardot
  • Clear, concise writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
