ABOUT THE ROLE

Orca Security, a cloud security leader, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for Orca’s paid digital marketing plan, implementation, and optimization. This is an exciting global opportunity that impacts how we use modern digital marketing methods to reach, convert and accelerate the growth of our business along the buyer journey. This position reports to the Senior Director of Digital Demand Generation, and will work closely with talented, creative, and experienced individuals across various teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Partner and Field Marketing, Web Marketing and Marketing Operations, to support every funnel stage and drive the growth of the sales pipeline.

As part of the job you'll:

  • Develop a paid media strategy from planning and development through launch and reporting, with a focus on creating demand against a clear set of KPIs
  • Determine the appropriate paid media channel mix, including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, etc. to maximize brand reach and deliver pipeline goals
  • When needed, work closely with product marketers, global field marketers and campaign managers to plan, manage, execute and optimize integrated demand campaigns
  • Manage the interface with external agencies including media vendors, creative/digital agencies, writers, and translation vendors
  • Leverage data to improve programs through experimentation, measurement, and optimization
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies
  • Track and report on strategic, operational, and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes, and success

 

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

You will possess a keen understanding of B2B marketing, with expertise in integrated demand and paid digital marketing programs. He/She should know how to plan, orchestrate, and optimize paid media efforts as they relate to a single channel and/or as a part of an integrated demand campaign. Channels will include, paid search, display, retargeting, content syndication, paid social, etc.

  • 7+ years managing creating and executing paid digital campaigns (including display, native, and video ads) for B2B technology companies
  • Skilled in project management and the execution of integrated demand campaigns
  • Knowledge of the unique nuances and structural characteristics of paid digital campaigns
  • Understanding of various channel metrics/KPIs, including CPM, CPA, CPC, leads
  • Strong analytical skills to gather business/user insights and apply learnings and drive meaningful action through data-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of remarketing and advanced targeting tactics, including dynamic creative, CRM, site retargeting, search retargeting, keyword contextual, affinity, look-a-like, etc.
  • History of aligning SEM campaigns with SEO efforts
  • Understanding of the demand waterfall, and how to set and measure progress against goal attainment at each stage of the waterfall
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creative, and continuing to raise the bar on business performance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up work environment
  • Track record of successful results and creative experimentation with program execution
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Background in the cybersecurity industry
  • Familiarity with Field and Partner Marketing, Salesforce and PardoT
