On a typical day you'll:

  • Strategically plan and execute pipeline for hard to fill roles
  • Identify potential talent through the use of intricate Boolean searches with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, "cold calling" & web sourcing
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers, in order to create consistent processes to recruit passive candidates
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
  • Execute Talent Acquisition's recruitment marketing strategy: Upgrading social media presence (visual & content), administrate field-activities and help run internal referral campaigns

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
  • 2+ years recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience approaching technical talent and working in a team-based environment
  • Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surface
  • Experience partnering with a senior technical recruiting and hiring team to strategize on identifying and closing top-tier candidates
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
