Autonomous Database detected in root compartment

Description

Tenancy (root compartment) is a secure and isolated partition within Oracle cloud where you can create, organize, and administer your cloud resources. Placing resources in the tenancy makes it difficult to organize and isolate those resources. It was detected that the Autonomous Database {OciAutonomousDb.Name} was created in the tenancy. You can create additional compartments within the tenancy and corresponding policies to control access to the resources in each compartment.
