Last week, Orca refreshed its global Partner Program to mark the debut of an all-new, AI-powered Partner Success Platform. Take a look at the launch announcement for  the full story. Now that both are live, let’s take a closer look at what has changed and what partners can expect.

Before we drill in, the Orca product platform customers know has not changed. What is new is the platform partners work in: the Partner Success Platform and the Partner POD Program behind it, where partners can register deals, deepen their skills, and grow their Orca business.

A New Look for Partners

Alongside the launch, Orca reorganized the partner experience on our website so every partner relationship is anchored in how our partnerships operate and integrate across the Orca network:

The Partner POD Program

The Partner POD Program is activity-based, built to reward partners who develop the capability to solve cloud and AI security. Program levels recognize growing technical mastery, sourced pipeline, and the customer relationships our partners have nurtured over time. Profitability is engineered into the program rather than negotiated deal by deal, so a partner’s standing reflects the maturity and service excellence of the practice they have built.

The Partner Success Platform brings the program together in one place. From their first login, partners can access expert AI assistants trained on Orca documentation, analyze accounts to identify relevant prospects, generate co-branded campaigns in minutes, and follow certification paths that build proficiency from initial deployment through advanced delivery.

“We built the Partner Success Platform around the way partners actually work, making it easier to build expertise, find answers, understand where to focus, and get more done,” said John Tavares, SVP Worldwide Partner and Alliances Sales.

Register deals, track pipeline, run campaigns, and build expertise, all from one place.

The platform’s origins also connect to Orca’s broader builder story. Shannon McWilliams, Orca’s Head of Distribution, built an early version in a single weekend using an AI development tool. Despite not being an engineer, McWilliams drew on two decades of experience in the channel to build the platform from scratch and complete security reviews before it reached an end user. What this means for partners, and for Orca

Partners play an increasingly important role in delivering cloud and AI security. Orca designed the new program and platform to help them do it faster and more effectively. For partners, that means less friction from initial interest to closed-won opportunities and a clearer path to building a durable Orca practice. For Orca, it creates more ways to reach and support customers through a growing partner network.

As the Orca partner network grows, the program and platform are designed to grow with it.
