No healthy backend instances are detected for an Elastic Load Balancer. This points to either a faulty load balancer that needs troubleshooting or an unused one, which should be deleted.

  Recommended Mitigation

  If the load balancer is no longer needed, consider deleting it to decrease your attack surface and avoid any unexpected costs on your AWS bill. If you still need the ELB, troubleshoot the configuration and/or attach healthy instances to it.
