RDS database instance snapshot is not using AWS Backup

Description

Amazon RDS is a web service that allows to set up, operate, and scale a relational database. With Amazon RDS one can create a storage volume snapshot of your DB instance. Configured with AWS Backup service, AWS RDS can automate backing up plans for an entire DB instance by configuring a scheduled backup plan. We identified that the Backup service does not back up the RDS Snapshot instance '{AwsRdsDbInstanceSnapshot}'. Best practice is to ensure that RDS Snapshot instances are integrated into the Backup service to improve reliability.

    In order to enhance reliability, it is recommended to integrate RDS snapshot instances with the Backup service.
