Amazon RDS creates a storage volume snapshot of your DB cluster, backing up the entire DB cluster and not just individual databases. Snapshots tags should be the same as their parent RDS DB clusters tags. We detected that RDS DB cluster {AwsRdsDbCluster} does not have 'Copy Tags to Snapshots' enabled. Enabling this setting ensures that snapshots inherit the tags from their parent DB clusters.
