Over the past few years, Orca has been at the forefront of GenAI innovation. This strategy has focused on two key areas.
1. Ensuring that organizations can use GenAI securely in the cloud: Security teams need visibility and understanding of GenAI in use at their organizations. These teams want to see the configurations of GenAI services across cloud service providers, the roles and entitlements in use, and the data that the services may be accessing. This set of capabilities is now widely known as AI Security Posture Management, referred to as AI-SPM.
2. Using GenAI within the Orca Platform to accelerate cloud security outcomes: At Orca, we never want to shy away from innovation, that’s why we have securely brought GenAI into our Cloud Security Platform to accelerate remediation and natural language search within our CNAPP. We’ve integrated with the GenAI services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud to provide AI-driven code remediation, search, and understanding of your cloud environments. This saves teams across the organization time and increases overall efficiency.

This strategy of innovation is what brings us to this exciting moment for Orca.
The Time for Agentic AI within CNAPP is Now
Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems capable of autonomous decision-making and goal-directed behavior. Unlike traditional AI that passively processes input to generate output, agentic AI can initiate actions, plan across time, and adapt dynamically based on changing environments or feedback. These systems are especially valuable in cybersecurity, where proactive identification and mitigation of threats are crucial.
